Sunday, 15 December 2024, The voting process for the annual elections of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr has been completed under the supervision of the Election Committee, which includes Vice Patron of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr Sahibzada Sultan Mohammad Murtaza Najib, Sultan Mohammad Nasir Hameed, Sultan Hafiz Mohammad Nasir Majeed, and Sultan Mohammad Ahsan Ali. The voting for the Executive Committee of 2025 and 18 members of the Majlis-e-Shura took place at Khanqah Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen from 1:00 PM on Sunday, December 1, 2024, to 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 15, 2024.
During this period, the Majlis-e-Khulfa, Majlis-e-Shura, and General Council cast their votes in accordance with the constitution of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr.
Professor Sultan Hafiz Hamad-ur-Rehman served as the Returning Officer, while Mohammad Faizan Yaseen acted as the Assistant Returning Officer.
As per the directive of the Patron-in-Chief of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr, the Election Committee will prepare the results and the official orders. The election results will be posted on the notice board on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 3:00 PM, the Founder and Patron-in-Chief of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr and the Imam of Sarwari Qadri Order, Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman will administer the oath to the newly elected officials at Khanqah Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen. Immediately after this, the Head of Executive Committee (Muntazam e Ala) will administer the oath to the newly elected members of the Majlis-e-Shura. Any office-bearer or member of the Majlis-e-Shura who fails to take the oath on December 31, 2024, will be deemed ineligible
